Spring is here!! All around Aix she proclaims her arrival. The wisteria is in full bloom, the Rotonde fountain is flowing and colorful tulips and daffodils brighten the markets. Easter is around the corner and the chocolate and patisserie shops are a sight to behold. One has only to walk around town to be craving some form of chocolate or special sweet.
A stroll around town past the best, and our favorite, shops was a mouth watering experience...
off to have some dark chocolate now....my guess is you are too. A la prochiane!
